With Love, Anand

Abdul Kalam, Bill Gates, Sachin Tendulkar, Amartya Sen, Aishwarya Rai, Michael Schumacher and Manmohan Singh are few of the personalities who don’t read my blog and those who accidentally stumbled in, badly stumbled.

After beauty parlors (for women) , if there is one place on earth which changes people from what they are, it is the College where one studies or to be more precise, where one goes to Study.

When it came to my college life, it was like tasting coffee without a sugar cube. Only two things happened with respect to Anand and few of the beautiful girls. Either I looked at the girl and she didn’t look at me or she looked at me and I didn’t take a look. Ramayana (Version 2.0) jargons like “Annanum Nookinaal Avalum Nokkinal” never took place.

One of the reason why I turned unlucky was I never hooked on to a single girl. My college life was like an evening stroll in Spencer Plaza. You always enter the showroom where the best looking girl enters and leave as she collects the bill or as another good looking one turns up in the adjacent mall.

At few times, when I left myself to my own thoughts, questions which I asked myself turned out to be much more practical and realistic. It was always like “How Manthra Bedi’s gown clung to her own self?

In such times of recession, (when guys went girlfriendless) I proclaimed myself as Nandu the Nerd. And here is what I did to turn everyone off and turn a few of them on. (Happens in a few posts)

By the way, let me make this post worth the read.
Often people asked me who my love object was. I usually shrugged them off in fury. But in few places, I asked them back in anticipation, “Will you keep my secrets?

Yes”, I often heard them reply eagerly.

Even I do”, I shouted back at them making their face turn smaller. But it was not what I wanted to do now.

My title makes sense for one woman in this world– My Mother. To her I am a Rainmaker. And to me, SHE is everything in is this World.

-With all his Love, Anand
